These products meet Canadian Food Inspection Agency acceptance parameters for manufacture and use in food equipment or machinery parts where food contact is only incidental. These products are formulated from high quality permitted bases and additives for the manufacture of products in their class. These products exceed many of the performance specifications of conventional H1 to H2 lubricants. These products are supplied only with quality certification from our own or third party laboratories. These products may be manufactured and formulated by third parties in Canada, Estados Unidos, China, Ucrania y Panama or Venezuela under the guidelines and supervision or authorization of Lubricants & Surfactans Inc. by SCC.
Lubricants & Surfactans Inc. by SCC gives the Limited Express Warranty that, on the date of delivery, these products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This Limited Express Warranty is expressly in lieu of any other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and any other obligations on the part of Lubricants & Surfactans Inc. by SCC. Due to organizational changes, these products are currently under review, update and registration. The sole remedy for breach of the Limited Express Warranty will be to exchange the product for one of equal characteristics. Lubricants & Surfactans Inc. by SCC disclaims and disclaims all other liability and shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
